I just saw something that said Atlantis is offering free internet to compete with the new Bahamar resort. Does this apply to Harborside as well?

Internet is included with the $45 a day resort fee at Atlantis. Harborside doesn't pay this. They still pay for internet.

I saw an article today that said Atlantis was eliminating the resort fee but was keeping free internet for hotel guests.

I was just down at HRA two weeks ago, with family staying at the Beach Tower. Hotel guests have to plug in their name and room number to claim their free internet access. HRA guests (plus cruisers) get a payment option screen when they plug in their info. In our HRA unit, we were able to use 3 of the 4 allotted spots on my sister's beach tower internet allotment using her room/login information. We only had to pay for internet one day during the week (when I was checking if it was 4 simultaneous users or 4 devices). Its 4 devices per 24 hour period.

I just came back from Harborside yesterday and I can also confirm that the internet was not free. I paid approx. $22 per 24 hour period. You are allowed to connect up to 4 devices.

I've seen only two articles that mentioned that Atlantis was doing away with the resort fee. All other indications including atlantisbahamas.com booking and marriott.com booking indicate that the $45 resort fee plus $3 VAT tax on the resort fee is still applicable to hotel stays.
