Plantation Resort Villas 2 Bedroom question

Plantation Resort Villas (RCI#6045) gives us two options for the 2 bedroom. Both are the same number of points, but one has occup(privacy) 8(4) and the other has 8(6). Do you know what the difference is? Is one the lofts? Here is a link to the floor plan guide blog post on their website but I still can't figure it out.

From what I read the loft units sleep eight . 2 in the king bed, 4 in the loft and 2 on the sleep sofa.
The 2 bedroom has a king bed sleeps 2, in second bedroom 2 double beds, sleep 2 in each bed. And sleep sofa sleeps 2. Both units sleep 8 but 2 bedroom without loft is more privacy. The loft is really 2 nd bedroom.
