pooling and cancelled points

have kept up with the suspended / audited accounts but a little confused.....I was planning on doing my first pooling of points but am now concerned....

1) have already made a reservations with my 2017. If I cancel it, and then pool "everything" will those points go into the credit pool with the rest of my 2017 points?

2) after I pool the points, make a reservation, and then cancel it....do the points go back to credit pool or to the original use year?

3) is the action in 2 what is causing the issues with the suspended account?

4) assuming I now have in the credit pool: 2017 points, 2017 cancelled points, and 2018 points, and I make a reservation in 2017 use year, what is used first?

thanks for the clarification......

I found in the past that when I asked multiple questions in one post, people don't respond. Probably because when you're responding, you forget the questions, but I'll take a shot.

#4 first. The points are used in the order of the experation dates, 2017 of any kind of points will be used before 2018 credit pool.

It seemed to me that the other 3 questions boiled down to, can points from a canceled reservation be credit pooled. It's my understanding that they can't, but Wyndhm didn't announce it yet.

I would call a vc and ask if the vc could cancel your reservation and then put those canceled points and your other 2017 points in the credit pool. The risk is that the vc might not know that the canceled points won't be attached to a contract and not accepted by the system.
