I want to give away my Wyndham Star Island points. I have 105,000 annual points, all points available starting jan 1, 2015. The buyer is responsible for Wyndham recording fee of $299, and the deed prep will be handled by Legal Timeshare Transfer, Lisa Short, fee is $125 plus $7 postage, plus the county recording fee. The dues are currently paid monthly, HOA is $544.95 a year plus program fee (I pay $118 per yr for program fee. It is $.55 per 1000 points or min of $118, whichever is greater, for members without PlusPartners. And for members with PlusPartners, it is $.57 per 1000 points or min of $137 whichever is greater). Take it away!!

Monthly maintenance fee

The HOA rate per 1000 is 5.19. The monthly payment is $55 ($544.95 plus $118 divided by 12), which includes paying the $118 yrly program fee.
The closing cost price is taken right from Legal Timeshare Transfer website at lttransfers.com
