This is for a 1 Bedroom suite (scenic) in Ka'anapali beach, Lahaina, HI (Maui). The MF are around $1200. There is one week banked with II (was banked last year, I think they are usable for another year).
This is a deeded, floating week every odd year.
We would ask that buyer pays the transfer and closing. MF are paid and current. I believe they are due in January of every usable year (so every odd year).

Please reply by PM if you are interested. If you have any questions feel free to ask here since it is likely others may have the same question ;)

The paper work states that the unit on the deed is 0832, 1BD Scenic-Odd_Floating
Type IA

Apparently there are 3 categories at KBC: Scenic (sounds like unit 0832 looks at the land side), Ocean, and Deluxe Ocean.

Yes, I believe you are correct. Scenic (not water) as opposed to Ocean View:)

The OP hasn't been on TUG for over 2 weeks. You might click on their blue username and send an email.
