I have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, annual, deeded week 48 available at The Cottages at Shipyard on Shipyard Plantation in Hilton Head, SC. Maintenance fees have been paid for 2010 ($673). Unit trades easily through RCI. This is a Spinnaker resort - very well-run and well-maintained.

Thanksgiving week on Hilton Head Island is wonderful. Hopefully someone can take advantage of this!

Asking buyer to pay closing costs/transfer fee only.

So sorry I haven't checked back here in so long!

Yes, we still have this unit and it is still available for FREE. We will pay closing costs.

Maintenance fees have been paid through 2014 and this year's week is available.

Any takers?

Still available

I have received several private messages and emails, but as of right now, this unit is still available.

This year's usage (November 2014) is available, but if we do not have a confirmed "buyer" by the end of the week, we will go ahead and bank the week. At that point, usage will begin in 2015.

Hoping someone can take advantage of this!

Clarification:

I stated in my original post that this was week #48 and it was Thanksgiving week.

It is indeed week #48, but this is the week after Thanksgiving.

So sorry for the confusion!

Please detail the fees involved in his timeshare annually.
