After many enjoyable summers in the Vail Valley, it is time for us to part with our Vail timeshare.
Cost: FREE! (no additional fees, we will pay closing/transfer)

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit, approx 850 sq ft.
Annual Usage, Floating Summer Week, weeks 23-39, excluding 4th of July week
Maintenance fees are currently $848 annually,
billed as 2 payments of $424 in January and July
First year of use is 2015. We currently have a reservation for July 10-July 17, 2015, and this can be easily changed as needed.
This resort trades in II. We traded our 2014 usages for an early summer week on the Oregon Coast, but we typically use our use week.
We will pay all closing costs and transfer fees, there will be no cost to the "buyer".
