I believe the resort transfer fees are $25.

And there would be no closing cost unless the Buyer wishes to use a transfer company - their choice.

Hi I'm interested in your listing. What is my total cost?
Can you explain how exchanging it works and if possible to reserve in March.
Smaller or bigger 1 bedroom

I have never traded this so I don't know exactly how that works - I assume you bank it with RCI or II.

I think this is the smaller 1br but I am not positive as I have not seen a "big" 1br to compare...

If you cancel more than 60 days out you can bank the week and use RCI or II to get a week next year - again this is an assumption as I have never done this.

Unit 1040 is a larger 1 bedroom unit.

March 2015 weeks may still be available. The OP would need to check and see.

March 2015 may be a problem as this is an Even year ownership.

So you would need to use RCI or II or the like. I don't know how to bank this year's week - I don't know if it is too late in the year to do that...

I was told you might also be able to trade it directly back to the resort itself - I don't know how that works.

I am not very expert in the trading and banking of weeks.

But to get a week in March 2016 is easy. 13 months prior to when you want the week, use the Starcentral web access or call the Starwood office and make the reservation. That is how I do it.

Sorry, I missed that it's an even year. But, March 2016 shouldn't be a problem if you reserve 12 months out (at least it's 12 months for my units-are you sure you can reserve at 13 months out?).

You have until the end of the use year to simply deposit your week into II or RCI for a trade. Then that week is good for two years in their system.

grgs is correct it is 12 months out to reserve - I was mixing it up with my other TS.
