Deercreek Resort - Myrtle Beach Area

Has anyone been to this resort recently? I have a 3-bedroom unit on hold that expires tonight and I can't decide whether to take it or not. I had a Presidential Villas at Plantation on hold but didn't get it confirmed and now it's gone. Also any must-dos for adults in the 50's age group? We've never been to this area and don't think we'll ever go back and don't want to miss anything. Planning for the last week of May.

Don't know anything about this particular resort but I do know that May 22-25th is Black Bike Week. Traffic is horrendous during either one of the two annual biker weeks and quite honestly not a whole lot better any other time.

Since the resort appears to be in the Surfside area you probably won't get a ton of bikes around the resort but if you drive into MB you will. We stayed out by the airport last year and there were many bikers staying in that area also.

If it's going to be your one and only trip to the MB area I personally would pick dates after Memorial Day.

We won't be arriving until the 24th. Hopefully all the partying will be over by then. Definitely won't be going into north country until 27th or 28th. What are the must-dos in the area? If doing one show, what do you recommend?
