Welk ROFR

Have any Tuggers heard of Welk exercising their Right of First Refusal? DH & I bought 300K points about 6 months ago (ebay) for about 2K and had no trouble. Just completed another resale for 540K for $2600 and was advised today that it did not pass ROFR.

I have not heard of Welk exercising ROFR recently (or ever actually) so I am curious if anyone else has come across ROFR with Welk??

Congratulations on adding a lot of points for a very low price. We own in the Platinum Program as well, but had converted a week to points to do so. I have seen a couple other sales at low prices and am not aware of them exercised ROFR. In this economy, I don't think any of the developers are doing that unless it is a very unusual case. Enjoy your vacations!

I seem to remember them mentioning that when we attended some owner's update (to encourage us to buy more points, of course), but I am not sure it was in writing when we bought our platinum points.
