Buyer to pay transfer fees. I am not able to use this timeshare and not able to keep paying the maintenance fees.


Westgate 2bd 2bth lockoff unit. 1 week every other year. Can be split up and can be used any week.

If you could post a bit more information, it may help raise some interest. What is the maintenance fee? Do you pay 1/2 of the total fee each year or do you pay the full fee in the year that you use it?

Are there transfer fees imposed by the resort? What are they?

Doesn't Westgate put crazy restrictions on resale owners? You might want to post those policies as well.
