Very helpfull Wyndham VC named Bill

Just worked with a very helpful VC named Bill. I needed to call in for a couple of reasons and he was not only pleasant and patient, I ended up going from a 3 bed presidential in Vegas for our family vacation, to a 3 bed presidential and a 2 bedroom lock off, and I got back 10,000 points! He was extremely knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time to finagle the system to my advantage. Just thought a public thank you (I also called his supervisor and left a VM praising him) was in order.

Hopefully he does not get a note in your file for being too helpful. Wyndham really does have some great VC's.

I find most of the VC's are pleasant and helpful. Once and awhile I get a grumpy one. I disconnect, call back and always get a better one.

So far I've had positive experiences with Wyndham reps being pleasant and helpful, both in owner care and vacation planning.
