I am considering a purchase at this resort. We visited last winter and my family really loved it and its not too far from home.
I need prime winter weeks (kids in school). I researched a bit and I realize this has original fixed weeks, weeks converted to points as well as UDI.
I prefer the flexibility of points.
As usual, I see a wide range of prices. I saw a listing for 189k points for sale. Is it safe to assume this is converted prime week? According to points charts its a 2 br prime. I understand the ARP with converted weeks and the prime weeks work for me. Does it make a difference if its UDI if the points are adequate for my needs?

During my research I found that these are not "deeded" weeks but "A and A" contracts for this resort.

Anything else to lookout for?
Thanks.

yes - there are floating weeks, converted weeks and UDI points at BB.

Ask the seller to get clarification as to what they are selling.

If it is a 189K contract, it could be either a converted week or UDI. You may also be able to tell from the maint fees: look at the maint fees for the 2BR floating weeks on eBay and add the program fee, if this is close to the amount that you see on the 189K contract, than it is probably a converted week. UDI points are $6.11 per 1K points plus the program fee of $0.55 (without pluspartners) per 1K points.

Thank you very helpful!
He stated its a MIP (membership interest). The MF is exactly what you stated for a UDI.
I also saw a 189k point contract that was a converted week 52 the MF were less, but I dont want that week every year.
