I am giving away my New Year's week timeshare that I own at Cedar. My maintenance fees are $1096.00 and VRI allows you to pay quarterly. It is a 1 bedroom 2 bath.

Here is a link to the Cedar page so you can familiarize yourself with the resort - http://www.cedaratstreamside.com/

Owning week 52 also gives you week 53 which will occur again in 2016.

It has tremendous trade power with RCI. I deposited it this year (therefore usage begins 2014) and earned 50 points, which gave me 4 weeks in Cabo next summer :)

All I ask is you pay both of the following fees: $100 VRI resort transfer fee and $166 Title Co. of the Rockies fee to handle the deed and recording info.

Please PM me should you have any questions. I have about 10 timeshares - really need to dump some!
