Carlsbad Seapointe Resort (Week 43, Odd Year) - RCI Included - SELLER PAYS ALL FEES
I am an original owner (since 1998) of a gem of a timeshare located on the coast of Carlsbad in San Diego's North County. I am offering my timeshare (a 1 BR/1 BA, D Unit) for $1. and I will pay ALL of the closing and transfer fees! The HOA maintenance fees of $456.34 have already been paid for 2014. PLUS, my RCI membership will be included (again, I will pay the transfer fee), and it is paid through Jan. 2016, and my 2013 week remains on deposit there for YOUR use through Oct. 2015. I will take care of the contract and deed, etc. Since I expect that I will end up spending at least $1,250 to complete this transfer (in addition to the 2014 fees I have already paid), ALL I ask is that once the transfer of the ownership is completed, that the buyer would reimburse me for $500 to help offset some of the closing costs. That seems to be a fair and reasonable price to pay to become an owner at this resort with the RCI membership as well.
Some details about the resort: Carlsbad Seapointe Resort is situated on a majestic bluff overlooking one of the few undeveloped stretches of beach in San Diego's North County. The quaint village of Carlsbad is a short drive to the north. San Diego is south, a short drive away. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and the Cabrillo National Park and Lighthouse are within 30 miles. The resort has many amenities to offer, including an outdoor adult pool and family pool, health club, miniature golf area, pirate ship playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis, ping pong tables, and much more. In the evening, relax by the pool, lounge, or garden area and watch the sun slip into the Pacific Ocean.
