Tahiti Timeshare in Las Vegas. Consolidated Resorts.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 week a year or split into two weeks by choosing 1 bedroom.

Maintenance fees of $641 are due in April.

We will pay for any deed transfer fee and/or closing costs.

This timeshare is eligible for an exchange club, Interval International (additional membership fee will apply), where you can bank your weeks and use them later at another resort in the US or outside of the US.

I have exchanged several times for places like Orlando, Georgia, and The Dells in Wisconsin.

Any restrictions on floating (seasons, locked in)?
Tahiti: not Tahiti Village?
Deed fully paid (clear)?
Buyer choses closing company?

No restrictions, can use anytime of the year.

There shouldn't be any closing costs, it will be a simple deed transfer.
I will choose the company to do the transferring.

This is for Tahiti, which is about 1 to 2 miles off the strip.

YES! The deed is clear and fully paid for!

What do you mean by special assessments?

You can use the 2BR for one week or split the bedrooms and go 2 weeks.

You can go anytime during the year if it's not booked already. Reservations are first come first serve. No blackout dates.

The only upcoming is the maintenance fees in April.
