Looking to gift one week - odd years - 1 Bedroom Villa at Westgate Smoky Mountains - All Season Float (I just called WG to ensure I had the correct information).

We always trade our week for one of the WG Orlando properties - and decided to get out of TS ownership, as I usually find a good deal when we travel on even years. Our daughter is now at the age where we need 2 bedrooms when we travel (needs her own bathroom!) or she brings a friend. The 1 bedroom trades aren't cutting it!

Of course, owning every other year means maintenance fees are due every 24 months - way better than every 12.

The account is paid in full and current - we did use the 2013 week this past October, so the next available usage is January 2015.

*Almost free* - in that we would would ask new owner to pay the closing/transfer costs - around $150 I believe.

I have requested a copy of the Deed and should have soon.

I have read good things about WG Smoky Mountains - the waterpark looks great - we hope to find someone here that can take up ownership and enjoy the experience.

Thanks! Melissa

Hi
What are maintenance fees, unit#, bldg # or section and is it a deeded fixed week? Is it located in the bldg with elevator or stairs? Also is this in RCI for exchanging and what are the TPU's for this unit?

Thanks

Cyn

I believe our last maintenance payment was approximately $550 or so.
When I called WG earlier today - they said there was no unit assigned and it is a float week that can be used at anytime. Our membership card states "2025/251C/13", the WG rep said that was just "for the deed" (not sure what that means). We stayed here once, but have traded to traded to Florida every other year to another WG property, paying the internal trade fee. The year we stayed here, it was in one of the units up the hill (not the hotel up front). We do not belong to RCI or II.

HTH!
