'FREE' 2 Bedroom, 3 bath timeshare at 'The Links Golf & Racquet Club' in North Myrtle Beach. Fixed week 14 (April 6 -13, 2014)

Maintenance Fees have been PAID FOR 2014 ($696/year).

This unit sleeps 6 (1 king and 2 twin beds, plus a queen size sleeper sofa), has 3 baths (the downstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub), all units have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 televisions (with DVD player downstairs), fireplace, patio downstairs and a sit-down balcony upstairs ... fixed week 14 can be used at the resort or banked with RCI.

Is seller paying closing costs and how many TPU's is this unit worth?

I think something could be worked out as far as closing costs, even if we could split the costs.

As of now, this unit is worth 22 TPU's with RCI.
