I'm out, anyone want this? One dollar buys it, and I'll split reasonable closing costs with any mutually agreeable firm close to the property. And I'll give you your buck back, making it free.
This is a Summer week in the Evergreen building, newest on the property built specifically as an MVCI offering. Annual floating use within basically May through September. The unit trades well within II and MVCI, including for some ski weeks.
The building, the common areas and the Clubhouse were completely refurbished to Marriott specifications during 2007. All assessments and fees are paid up to date through 2014.
Usage indicated as starting in 2015. A week in early August has been reserved and will be conveyed to the new owner, who can reschedule if desired in accordance with Marriott reservation policies.
My wife and I no longer travel extensively, and other issues preclude holding onto this unit for our kids. Anyone that wants it can have it. It is a great place, we just can't keep it any longer.
