Wyndham Grand Desert, Las Vegas Timeshare

Maintenance fees are about $50 a month. $299 and it is yours!

$299 is the cost of transfering title.

RCI Points, every other year~even years.

How many points is it?

Is the $50/year only on the every other year of use or is it every year.
If every year, that's $1200 in MFs for points allocated every other year.
I would hope its a lot of points.

Also, is it Wyndham Points or RCI Points?
My Wyndham timeshares give me Wyndham Points which I can deposit into RCI if I want to, but don't have to.

After a little more research:

It is Wyndham with RCI. Since we only used it once for airline tickets, I don't have working knowledge of the points thing. If I don't use them I deposit them with RCI. If I could have remembered to deposit them in the being of the year with Wyndham the points would have paid some of the maintenance fees.

The Clark County Registar charges under $100.00 to record the deed into another persons name. Once that is done, Wyndham charges $299.00 to transfer the account into another persons name.

Several people have asked about closing cost. The only cost to change names is the ones I listed above.

Right now, the maintenance fees are about $50.00 a month, every month.

The 210,000 points are refilled every even year. Additional points can be purchased. I don't know how much they are because I never purchased any.

The points for this year (2014) have not been used and with any luck I will remember to bank them with RCI befor December 30th.

I hope this helps. I hope someone wants a Vegas timeshare for under $400.00 or less.

Most people use a title transfer company to do the paper work. A new deed has to be prepared, recorded with the county, and sent to Wyndham. You can get this done for around $150.

The county charges around $25 to record the deed, and that would be included in the $150 I listed above.

This time share is still available! There is no loan on this property; it has been paid in full.

Are you paying closing cost to transfer the deed?
Who will use 2014 points? If deposited on Rci will the new owner have those points available?

Is it still available? If so I'm very interested. Could you message me and let me know? Will start paperwork right away. I'd ask that you bank the points with wyndham for $39 before the end of year so they can be used for 2 additional years. I'd pay that extra amount to you. Please let me know.

I believe you can only credit pool the points with Wyndham prior to the usage year so therefore the 2014 points would have needed to be credit pooled before December 31st, 2013.
