Every TS portfolio should have a VV@P for high TPU's and/or multiple use of a prime resort.

This unit is in the newly refurbished #3 building where the main pool is located. It is an EOY odd year usage so 2015 is next. Dates are Aug.8-15.

MF's are in the mid-$700. and stable. I will check.

The unit number is 4306---- so that would be building 4 instead of building 3. Third floor---great view of the kiddie playground from your balcony.

For anyone looking for a decent trader in RCI, I have this property and If I deposit each bedroom separately, you get 25 and 26 TPU's. If you combine them, it's 51 TPU total. Pretty good for a lower cost maintenance fee.

Another nice thing is the $139 rci exchange fee (instead of $209) when exchanging into any of their affiliates. Some of the locations are overbuilt but that just means the tpu's are lower to exchange in.

I'm not familiar with maintenance fees for EOY rentals. Is that $700 annually or only in the usage year?

I know this is week 32, is it annual? what are the MFs? what is the RE Tax? is it paid annually?

With most timeshares that are EOY, you only pay MF's on the use year---meaning you do not pay on non use years. This unit is an EOY- odd years--with MF's paid EOY.

I do recall, with Wyndham, that they break down MF's into monthly payments.
That is the exception. You therefor pay half one year and the other half in use year.

I will check Monday for the exact MF. I'm "crusin down the rivaaa".

Total MF's are $768.00---the first PM I received has agreed to all contractual arrangements. I would consider this week gone.
