i have a GrandView at Las Vegas week by-annual Even year
week 41
next year usage 2016
maintenance fee 2015 (paid) $ 174.75

i pay transfer fee its $ 250

new buyer only pay the LT Transfers $125

Might be worth biting anyway, if you use independent trading companies and deposit far enough in advance to get two for one deposit credit.

thanks all for the reply, this its not points and its by anual yes it can give 2 x 1 on dae and maybe also on trading places :)

For the benefit of others.....Week 41 is in the top season at Grandview@LV. This isn't an RCIPoints contract, but for the benefit of comparison, RCI lsts 61K points for this 1BR week, with the other tiers 30.5K, 40K and 49K. The point about reporting the points is that it should be a good trader as a week.

I'm intrigued in Grandview for Day Use (I just asked the resort and it is permitted), but am looking at a triennial.
