Vacation Village at Parkway, Osceola County, FL, Unit 7101, Week 39, Triennial Deeded Property, two bedrooms, two baths, 2015 MF’s have been paid ($768.00), can use this year. While this is a triennial property, I have always had the points available to use. Always.

I have owned this property since 2009 but have yet to step foot on it. I live on the west coast and only used the points. We’re travel trailering now and we have no more use for the points!

I will pay the closing costs and the new owner will need to pay the resort transfer fee.

interested in this, how can we do the transfer?

i live on the east coast and travel to florida frequently with my daughter and use RCI weeks to tradse usually but was interested in the points system but did not want to pay more for another timeshare since i already had 3 in the weeks system. i believe it is a $65 transfer fee to change title on a deed. So I will be responsible for paying MF once every 3 years then of $768 to use the points? is that correct?

That is correct on the maintenance fees. They were paid last year, 2014, and shouldn't be due again until January 1, 2017. The resort told me on 5/26 that they charge a transfer fee of $250. I am not in a position to pay that, but I will pay the closing costs using LT Transfers. They are a widely used company on this site.

Is this property still available? Is that 24k points allocated yearly?

Yes to both. I have always had the points to use on a yearly basis, but have never set foot on the property.
