Correct- annual use, RCI points are 53,500 annually. No banked points. With the point system by RCI it is very easy to book into a variety of resorts around the world. The points equate to the 2BR/2BA, but with flexibility you can use it for larger units, or multiple smaller units, multiple trips, etc.
