FREE - Suites at Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco

We have had this timeshare for about 15 years and had great exchanges with it. In the past, we usually get bonus weeks with II and SFX (that's why there's so many exchanges). We just have too many timeshares now. This is free. Buyer pays closing costs and transfer fees. Maintenance fee is about $1092.14 and usage starts in 2015. It floats all year. It is a one Bedroom.

Have always heard good things but just wanted to ask is this a shell resort and if so how may points a year.

It is a Shell Resort but it is not part of SVC, no points. It is one floating week per year at the Suites of Fisherman's Wharf. You can book any week of the year. I usually book July 4th week and have had great trades with it.

Is this a 1br or 2br?

What are the transfer fees, closing cost? or any other fees to transfer ownership? I will reread, what about 2014mf and usage?

2014 is already used (and paid). The usage and maintenance fee starts in 2015. The transfer fee to Shell was $100 last year. The closing costs using Legal Timeshare Transfers is $150 for California. It is a one bedroom.
