I just started a new job that requires a lot of hours and not much time for travel, so I need to get rid of one of my timeshares. I have a 2BR Sheraton Mountain Vista Gold/Summer floating week (21-39) that I am giving away for free. It is located in Avon Colorado, in between the Vail and Beaver Creek resort areas.

It locks off into 2-1 Br units and I typically lock it off for two deposits in Interval. I have traded it for Atlantis at Harborside (3 times), Hyatt Beach House, Hyatt Coconut Plantation near Ft. Myers, Westgate South Beach Miami, Kona Coast Resort II, Westin Kierland (3 times), Maui Beach Resort (Christmas Week), and Royal Islander in Cancun. Most of those are during summer break or easter break, but the Atlantis is a rare trade except for Sept/Oct./Jan. I have also used this timeshare for XYZ trades (see the sightings board for more info on how to do these) at the Marriott Grand Vista, Westgate Lakes, and Greensprings Resort in Williamsburg.

I have paid the 2015 MF of $1,375. The 2015 week conveys to the purchaser and is ready to deposit in Interval or reserve a summer week at the resort. No need to reimburse me for these 2015 fees, so the week is free. The transfer/sales DOES NOT include the three 2014 deposits (Starwood gave us a one-time bonus week in 2014) that I have already traded for exchanges in 2015. It is very important that I keep these exchanges, as I already paid for airfare for them and it will be explicitly provided for in the transfer agreement.

This timeshare does not trade Starpoints or Staroptions on resale, only the weeks deposited.

I would like to use JRA or LT Transfers to transfer and would like you to pay the estimated closing fees of $125, you pay the transfer agent directly (I'll pay anything over $125).

Just shoot me a direct message if you are seriously interested.
