Maintenance fees for 2014 are paid. Purchaser to pay closing costs. I have two contracts, one for 189K and one for 77k. These contracts trade through II and not RCI which is why I purchased them, but I'm just not using them.
I also have 466,000 banked points.

I don't believe the NEW OWNER can keep the II exchange membership from Wyndham.

Those only worth what the Wyndham points are, unless you are going to use the underlying deeded weeks.

What were the MFs for those 2 Star Island units?

Another alternative might be is IF YOU or the new owner can to deposit them into II instead of keeping them Wyndham points.....

PS: Star Island units had been II associated. Wyndham brought several tower buildings to buy out the brother who was in a divorce situation needing CASH. The other brother (majority owner) runs the resort ... keeping the II. Wyndham has been NOT allowing any NEW members/owners to be associated with II -- only RCI.

Thanks for the info. I've never heard of that. I bought resales in 2008. They were II and I kept them in II. I never had an option for RCI.
Maintenance fees, including program fees total $1,512.21.

That is a Wyndham point ratio to MFs of $5.69 per 1K of points. Better than most Wyndham's in FL ....

I also have 260,000 banked points expiring Dec. 2015 and 206,000 points expiring Dec. 2016. Can the purchaser use them and does that make my points more desirable ?

You MIGHT be able to give your points back to Wyndham ... search under the Wyndham group thread - where people have contacted Wyndham if their fees are up to date and have NOT used their points for several years ... that seems to be YOU ... Wyndham will take back the deeds. For FREE!

Thanks again. I'll see if I can figure out how to contact Wyndham.

Wyndham credit pool points do transfer not sure about RCI or II.
