Free - The Grandview at Las Vegas - Super Bowl Week

Giving away our annual Week 5, 1 Bedroom Suite at The Grandview Las Vegas.
Week 5 is always Super Bowl week so great for football fans. The week can be exchanged ahead of time through RCI if you wish. The maintenance fees ($349.50) are all paid for 2014 and 2015 so it's ready to go for this coming Super Bowl on February 1st.

We will pay the resort transfer fee of $250 if buyer is willing to pay the closing/escrow fees, ~$150.

This is the first timeshare we have owned or sold and a bit unfamiliar with the whole process but TUG has lots of resources so we should be able to muddle our way through. Leaning towards LT Transfers as recommended on this site.

The timeshare is fully paid off.

I have a coworker who may be interested. Can you tell me/him:

1) Is this a Fixed week and Unit, or Fixed week and Floating Unit?

2) Any Special Assessments, or anything $$$ coming up?

3) The MF of $349.50 -- is that all for the entire year?

Coworker was just there last week for the second time, and likes staying there. I told him what you're offering, and he asked me to find out more.

Hi Dave,

1. Fixed Week 5, floating unit - check in on Fridays (1/30, 2015), annual usage

2. Not to my knowledge - we have never had to pay anything to the resort other than the Maintenance Fees and mortgage which is paid in full.

3. $349.50 already paid for 2015 - that is the price for 1 full year
