Giving away Sweetwater Waikiki in Oahu

I have a 1 bedroom timeshare at the Sweetwater Waikiki in Oahu. Usage is annual and it is fixed on a rotational schedule. First usage is 2016. I have already paid 2015 maintenance fees of $520 and deposited the week. I have never stayed at this timeshare, I have only traded it through VRI. I have heard that RCI gives good TPU for this timeshare if you trade through them. Transferee to pay for all closing costs.

I own one of these rotational weeks and have always gotten good TPUs, especially for the winter weeks.
This resort also trades in II.

How often is the rotation, quarterly? So get a winter week every 4 years?
Are there additional VRI membership fees/HOA/Taxes?

There are no additional fees. The annual maintenance of $520 includes about $80 of property taxes. VRI does not charge membership fees. Please see below for the actual rotational schedule for this unit. If you are interested, I can request the schedule for the next 10 years.
