We are looking to give away our Wyndham Inn on Long Wharf week.
It's a floating "school year" week, usually Sept - May (I'll verify exact days). We would used it for April vacation and never had a problem booking the school vacation week. Resort is in a great location and has recently been remodeled.
Size: 1 bed, with kitchenette.
Maint Fees: $800
Trades into RCI Weeks: up to 17 TPU (possibly 24 if you can trade in a late May reservation)
Maint fees will be paid for the Sept 2014-Apr 2015 year and usage will start on the same, will try to book a week for you once transfer is started.
All transfer cost will be covered, using closing company of my choosing.
