Several years ago I purchased the 2 bedroom unit, yearly, at Polo Towers. I visited the building a couple times and deposited/traded my week several times. However, these last few years I have not been able to do either, and would now like to give it away. For trading, the week is 14...right in the middle of Spring Break. It's floating if you want to visit LV.

The building is very nice, right on the strip. The unit is 12104. 12th floor, facing the strip. Across from the building is the Monte Carlo, with MGM Grand to the south, and Venice, Paris, etc northwards. The unit has two bedrooms, with one being a lock-off. It sleeps 6 total, with a fold-out couch in the LR. Each bedroom has its own balcony and bath.

The maint fees for 2014 have been paid--approx $1150, and the week has not been used or deposited.

I'd like to give the unit away, and I'll pay closing/transfer plus $500 towards next years maint fees.

Thanks.

You're being very generous with your terms. I hope you find a "buyer" right away.

Additional info...this unit trades thru Interval International, and it is in the Polo Tower Suites, in the front of the building. Not the Villas in back.

Thanks. Still looking for a happy new owner.

Wishing you all the success in selling your unit by the Fourth of July. Maybe, Diamond Resorts will take it off your hands.

Good Luck

I'm surprised that no one has grabbed it. Try listing on Craigslist in Las Vegas or in your hometown. You may also want to try Freecycle.

I recently stayed there but in the villas a two bedroom, loved the location , cleanliness etc. If I did not already own so many timeshares and the MF was not so high I would have jumped at your generous offer but just cannot with such a high MF along with all my other timeshares.

Is it for a set amount of years or forever? Wishing you luck...why not post some pictures..

Maybe this can help. We're owners at Polo Towers an in 2012 stayed in a 1 bedroom unit in the approx location of the advertised unit. The week offered is, I believe a late March week, which is a great week to be in Vegas. It's towards the end of the March Madness tournement and the weather is nice.

Here's a link to the photo album. I hope you find someone to take you up on your offer. http://dougp26364.smugmug.com/Trave...owers/21979661_sDc6M8#!i=1759946737&k=kJpSxhL

They were great pictures, very similar to Villas...I had the two bedroom so second unit was a studio lockoff. Was an RCI trade.

I am wishing you luck and so wish I could take it off your hands..I loved the location in Vegas!

I think so...

i am interested to pursue is this year available

I haven't stayed there, nor deposited the week, so I have to assume the week is still available.

Incidentally, you can actually stay there for two weeks, as the unit is a lock-off. You can stay one week in the one bedroom suite, and another week in the studio apt, which has a kitchenette.

I'm not sure I understand your offer. I own two weeks at Polo and go there very year. Why would you "give it away" and also partial pay for closing costs? Unless you have an outstanding loan on the property, can't you just walk away and let Diamond Resorts take over?
