Hope that information helps. As far as a transfer fee I have asked how much that is. When I get that information I will post it.

As you can see I am a timeshare idiot. We were 20 yo when my father-in-law bought 2 of them. My wife signed the title to co own 1 of them. He always paid the fees and if we wanted to trade the week he took care of it. He was the one to use it 99% of the time. Now that he has passed and we have kids in college we just can't keep up with it.

It is a red week and had 22 points of trading power.
