Odd Wyndham Call

Just got home and checked my voicemail. There was a call from Wyndham about a reservation for tomorrow (It is being used by a guest). They asked if we were still intending to use it and if not, to call them and they would return our points. Since it is well inside the 15 days this is strange. My guess is they are overbooked. I am going to call the resort and reconfirm the reservation.


Added: I called the resort and they confirmed the reservation. The desk person had no idea why we were called.

Your assumption about overbooking is probably the correct one.
