Free Tahoe Sands Resort Timeshare

I no longer use this timeshare, so I am looking for someone who would like one for free. All you need to do is begin to pay the maintenance fees starting in 2015, which is $690. There are no monthly fees since the timeshare is already owned. The dues for 2014 are already paid for, but the week has not been used. If interested, I will waive this years maintenance fees and closing costs. It's located in North Lake Tahoe, with it's own beach. This timeshare is prime season, which means you can book any week during the year. It is either Fri-Fri or Sat-Sat. It's a 1 bedroom, 1bath. Maximum occupancy is 4. If interested for the summer months, contact immediately due to the fact that they book pretty quickly. Thanks!

Sorry, I just realized I forgot to post it in the original message. I revised it, but here's the info: Yearly dues are $690 for a 1 bed/1 bath. Maximum occupancy is 4. It's considered prime season, so you can book your week any time during the year.
