Odd years 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Our title says week 48 but it is a floating week. Will pay $375 transfer fee. Never used and we are having our 3rd child. Please email cfordstars@yahoo.com if interested. Serious inquiries only.

The maintenance fee is $943. It is paid off. The resort charges $375 to change owners on the title. I just emailed the resort to find out exactly what weeks it can be used for and I will reply as soon as I know.

floating weeks

This timeshare is assigned to week 48 but you will have access to any odd year weeks 1-50.
