Timeshare is in Plumeria Season, weeks 35-50, current 2013 Maintenance fees already paid and 2013 reservation is 11/29-12/6, in building 9, one of two buildings that are closest to the ocean with the best ocean views. You can see whales from the balcony and this reservation is at the beginning of whale season. Cliffs Club is an associate resort to Shell Vacation Club. When you go for an Owners update at Shell, you will be offered, but not required, a conversion package that will cost between $2,500 and $3,000 to convert your Cliffs Club ownership to 4450 Shell Vacation Club Points keeping the same cliffs club maintenance fees of $945 annually, but you will still have access to having priority reservations at Cliffs Club if you choose to do so while being a Shell member. I have two of these and only need one which I have converted to SVC. I'll pay 1/2 the closing costs. I highly recommend Hawaii Document Service which has done a great job with a couple transfers for me in the past.

This is still available. 2014 Reservation dates are 11/28/14-12/5/14, corner unit 9206, front building, ocean views. I got several inquires if I would pay 100% closing. I have to charge something or take a Paypal deposit to insure the buyer is serious. Hawaii timeshares cost more on the transfer and closing costs than most other timeshares. I have to pay closing costs up front so I could be stuck paying $700 transfer costs if the buyer backs out or vanishes and with the numerous scams around, it could end up costing me thousands before a serious buyer comes around and carries through with the transfer.

Cliffs Club - Plumeria Season

To prevent confusion, the Plumeria Season in the Cliffs Club is the summer season spanning weeks 17 to 34. Your ownership is in the Ginger/Protea Season which includes the fall weeks of 35-50.

The unit you have reserved for this fall is in a great location on the property with excellent ocean views.
