This transaction will be at NO COST to you the buyer! I will pay the transfer fee of $100. Since this is not a deeded ownership, no closing costs apply.
NO LOAN, ownership is paid off. Maintenance fees and taxes (currently $172.83) are billed quarterly Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1 and Oct 1. I am currently paid through 3/31/14, so your first payment would not be until 4/1/14.
