Gold Crown resort. Lots of activities, including five golf courses, several pools, two beaches, eleven lakes, miniature golf, tennis, three restaurants, and much more.
Trades with RCI and accepted by both SFX and Trading Places.
Maintenance fees are about $550.
I can write up the new deed and register it with the county. Recipient will be responsible for the Wyndham $299 transfer fee.
