We wish to give away our Legacy Vacation Steamboat Springs Suites summer week 2BR 2Ba timeshare.
Floating week 24-39 every year.
Maintenance Fees $773 for 2014, payable by 12/31/2014.
We have paid for 2013 but have not reserved any weeks, so one could possibly still get a week for 2013, but realistically the start will be for 2014.
We have normally paid the fees before 12/31 and requested a spring ski week for the coming year. If they have ski weeks available, they will grant you a reservation if you pay the upcharge for the differential in summer/winter maintenance fees, which is about $200. We have done this for each of the five years that we have owned this timeshare. This has worked well for us to get ski weeks in Steamboat when we actually own a summer week.
This can be exchanged with RCI. Value depends on the week initially reserved.
We will transfer via a Quit Claim Deed for Routt County in Colorado and will pay the recording fees for the county. I do not know if the resort has a transfer fee, but if it does, we will split it with the new owner.
Feel free to contact me for further details. We have also a one-bedroom unit in this resort that we need to sell as well. Same summer season, with maintenance fees of $575.
