FREE Cape Cod Timeshares - Great Cheap TPU Generators!

HI. I own 3 Cape Cod timeshares that I am giving away. New owner to pay all related closing costs. Take one or all 3!

Timeshares:
Pier 7 - Week 26, studio #19. MFs $265. I just paid and deposited for 2015. I received 25 TPUs!

Courtyard Resort - Week 27, Studios #212 and #214. MFs for 2014 were $310each. TPUs offered on RCI right now for 2015 are 20 TPUs each!

Holiday Vacation Condo - Week 32, studio #4. MFs for 2014 were $560. TPUs offered on RCI right now for 2015 are 27 TPUs!

I have never stayed at any of these timeshares - I bought them solely as TPU generators. And they did their job as I have ALOT of banked TPUs. So it's time to thin the herd a bit

Oh, I would love to take one of these but have enough as it is. I'm surprised the Courtyard week 27 doesn't get more TPU's. That's 4th of July week. I have a week 29 studio at Sandcastle that gets me 29 TPU's.

what's the occupancy for these studio units?

The Courtyard is newly renovated (Special Assessment is all done and paid for). It apparently got a bit run down over time and suffered from low RCI feedback ratings. I think now that it's freshened up it will get better reviews and therefore 'earn' more TPUs soon.

The Pier 7 is max 2 unit.

The Courtyard is 2 separate units (deeded separately), each unit being a sleep 4 unit, BUT if they are owned together they can be joined/used into one bigger unit. This makes it very flexible for using, depositing, or renting.

I, too, would love to have one of these, but I have too many as it is. Nice offer.
