Hello,
Your chance to own a great every year summer primetime Myrtle Beach unit its a 1 bedroom premium unit sleeps 4 has all amenities (washer/dryer, full kitchen etc). This unit is paid off no past dues MF are up to date and run about $750.00 per year and due again 1/15 which will be the next usage year also. it is deeded week 13 but can be used in any of the prime summer weeks 11-43 it is a true Platinum week according to Starwood/Sheraton. Buyer and seller will split closing cost any question drop me a PM or email I will be happy to answer them for you.
