I am offering to give away my MROP annual 50-point membership, free to a good home. This is a 1 bedroom blue season contract and renews annually.

This contract is managed by VRI (Vacation Resorts International). Due to the association with VRI owners are allowed to utilize both the MROP locations as well as exchange within the VRI family of over 600 resorts. See VRI's site for locations: www.vriresorts.com.
This contract trades with RCI, Interval International, Trading Places, VRI*ety Exchange (internal VRI exchange program for owners). The MROP units are not hotel-branded, name brand resorts, but are well located and managed with reasonable MFs.
This is a great membership, but I need to downsize the number of timeshares that I own.
There are no fees (maintenance or special assessments) owing on the membership. I will pay the administrative transfer fee ($120). As this is a right-to-use system, and not a deeded week, there are no other transfer costs involved and transfer can be done very quickly.
Your use of the membership will begin with 2015 points as soon as the transfer paperwork is completed. The 2015 maintenance fees are $588.00. I will pay these fees for 2015 so you won’t have to. Thus, no Transfer Fees, no 2015 Maintenance Fees, no Special Assessment Fees - no nothing! Just free to you to enjoy and go places.
