My father is interested in transfering for free his interest in 11,000 Biennial (Even year) BlueGreen points. The home resort is Shore Crest Vacation Villas II in N. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. All fees and dues are current, and there is no outstanding mortgage.

1. What is the total due at closing?
2. Is maintenance due only on biennial years?
3. These 11,000 points can be used at any Bluegreen?
4. Do the points rollover to next biennial if not used that even year?

In answer to Beckham's questions:

1) All closing costs to be paid by the seller
2) Maintenance fees are due annually
3) The points can be used at any BlueGreen facility
4) No. Please note that although this is an even year biennial, BlueGreen informed me that the points are usable for two years as follows: all 11,000 during the even year after which 5,500 will expire leaving 5,500 to use during the odd year.

Is this still available? I'd like to get some details, such as, is the timeshare eligible for a full RCI membership, and specifically, would I have access to the RCI last call vacations feature?

Yes, this timeshare is still available. Currently, this timeshare includes a membership with RCI and access to the last minute vacations feature. I will need to investigate further to determine if transfer of this timeshare affects the RCI status.
