Free 2BR Oceanview timeshare - South Padre Island, TX. All 2014 fees have been paid, and I have reserved Thanksgiving Week (Nov.22-Nov.29) for your usage.
Royale Beach & Tennis Club is located on South Padre Island, Texas.
It is a 2 bedroom unit on a floating usage system. As an owner you will be able to reserve a week within weeks 9-20 and 36-47. This season includes the weeks of Spring Break and Thanksgiving. For 2014 I have reserved Thanksgiving week, but the reservation can be changed.
The maintenance fees are $851, due in January (already paid for 2014). Free to anyone who wants it. I will pay transfer fees.
This resort has just completed a multi-year renovation with special assessments in 2012 and 2013. We have owned this timeshare since 2001, and are selling because we have too many timeshares.
Resort trades both with RCI and II.
