I am not looking at this for myself but I expect inquiring minds might want to know. How much are maintenance fees and what would be the anticipated closing costs?

I am not an op but am an owner of harborside.
Closing cost is about $1500 - $2000 because timeshares in bahamas should be handled by attorney.
Last years mf was around $1,500 plus svn fee.
