Checked in today at Glacier Canyon for a long weekend stay availing an early checkin at 2p

Was told that they now have tablets in rooms reserved using VIP accounts loaded with entertainment options like music/movies/kids game app etc. And it was sitting there when I stepped in to the room.

Some of the content is free and other can be purchased on password protected account set up during check-in.

Also, no more unlimited wifi. Based on your room assignment, you create a login/pwd that is then used to connect to wifi for free. Allows up to two devices for free and paid options for 3rd onwards.

Not just VIP. I Checked in last night to a two bedroom deluxe, and we have the tablet as well. It crashed 30 seconds in to me picking it up....

I'll be at the Waterdome cabana number one tomorrow if you want to meet up. :)

Went there early today. Did check but I don't think you were in by then.

On to Buffalo Phil's for dinner with the kids. Would be hitting the dome again tomorrow till lunch before heading out...

Can you surf the net on their tablets and if so, do they count as part of your two devices?

And all of the tablets have been removed at Glacier Canyon. The front desk said they were constantly not working correctly, and people were hacking in to them and leaving "nasty stuff" on them. They scrapped the whole thing, and they are trying to decide what to do going forward.
