Help with pricing a timeshare - Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff Hawaii

I thought i would check with the more experience people here. I believe I had an account 2 years ago here but can't find the info and we are looking to sell our timeshare. We have an offer with Wyndham and wanted to check to see the private market value and maybe sell if we can get a better deal here.

It is 154,000 points at the Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff in Hawaii. Would really love to know what is a great price that would sell this quickly. I plan to post an ad on the tug market place but could not find this particular resort. Any help would be greatly appreciated so we can get this listed. Thanks!

On Ebay a recent sale for that resort same amount of points was for $1.

No difference - any time you sell it yourself, it's a "resale," and you can advertise it as many places as you want.

Although, to be quite honest with you, since it has no resale value, you might try giving it away first.

You say you have an offer from Wyndham. Can you give us an idea of what they offered you. I'm in the market to sell a fey contracts and if Wyndham is buying, I'm interested

By the way you might note that no one that commented here has much experience buying and selling Wyndham points contrracts except me. The deals I've been involved with recently have been over 5/1000 points
