[How to get out of Villa del Arco ]

I bought my timeshare 6 months ago and want out! It's thru Villa del Arco and I've contacted them asking if they would consider taking it back and I would just walk away. I have a monthly payment of $238 on an $11,000 undeeded property. Anyone ever just walk away from a Villa Preferred or Villa Group timeshare?

There was a window where UVC would accept paid in full contracts but I believe that window has closed as the point system rolled out.

In other words, you are now obligated and actually stuck with a beautiful timeshare that offers 6 fantastic locations on prime Mexican beaches. :D

UVC is one of my favorite Mexican resort systems and if you learn how to use your week you might find it enjoyable.
