To give you an idea of it's value, sign on to eBay, do a search for similar (or the same timeshare you own) then look down the left side for 'completed auctions'. That will show you what these have sold for. It isn't pretty, but these are the accurate numbers today.

eBay is the bargain basement of the timeshare market, not a great place to sell, but a wonderful place to buy. The prices there are driven down by the PCC's flooding the market.

There may be a local market at a higher price than eBay. On the OBX, it is clear to see that there is. Orlando is so overbuilt in timeshare, I am not sure if there is enough demand to soak up all of the resale supply, so that might be a different situation.

In mexico we have Mayan Palace, Royal Holiday, Pueblo Bonito, El Cid, Villa del Palmar, Grand Miramar, Raintree, etc.
