How long to add new week to RCI account?

I purchased a new week at our home resort. Called 6/19 to add to RCI. The resort has verified it...I know it was done before 6/26. Week still shows as pending on my account. The last several times I've added weeks to the account, it's only taken a couple of days. Admittedly, it's been several years since I've done it, so maybe it takes longer now? RCI says up to two weeks? Anyone else have recent experience with adding a week? Thanks! Patience is not one of my gifts!

Sounds like yours is a weeks week instead of a points week. But FWIW, I have a pending points transfer request with RCI that was submitted on 6/11/15. When I called RCI yesterday they indicated that the transfer was still in process and that the department that does the transfers is very backlogged so things are taking longer than normal.

It is a "weeks week". (Only on this board would that statement make sense!:hysterical And this afternoon when I logged in, it was all set! Wasn't there around noontime, but was around 4pm. YAY! Now time for the fun part...planning where we want to go!

How long should we expect for a brand new account? Sent in the deed and payment a week ago...should we hear soon or will it take a few weeks? (a points week, not a weeks week )
